如何減少疫苗後脹痛
世衛講，肌注時不回抽，會減少針頭在肌肉內移動。（從而減少疼痛。）
No aspiration should be done during intramuscu- lar injections, as this may increase pain due to longer contact time and lateral movement of the needle.

唔建議加熱疫苗、按壓注射部位或食止痛藥。
疫苗注射後，局部肌肉會有數日腫痛，若注射後發生嚴重反應如嚴重過敏反應、持續高燒等症狀，應立即聯繫醫院。
